Creative Journaling: The Art of Being Kind To Yourself

Nourish your mental health through creative expression and community. Learn art-based techniques to investigate how to be kind through a self-compassionate lens, crafting a mini book.

Supplies List:

  • Markers and/or pencil crayons.

  • Pencil

  • Scissors

  • 2 sheets of paper approx. 8.5 by 11 (cardstock or watercolor paper, but blank printer paper will work in a pinch.)
