Let It Blow uses bingo as a framework to encourage the Calgary community to try self-soothing techniques to keep cool, calm, and collected.

Just Brr-Breathe

Brave the cold and stop by CRATE's pop-up booth at the Calgary Central Library (first 3 weekends of February, 12 - 5 pm) to craft a Just Brrr-Breathe critter to discover how a blast of air can help you chill out.
